Since I was young I have suffered from some level of anxiety. I started treating it 19 years ago and I am now 51. After much trial and error I settled for Lexapro. At the time it seemed a miracle drug of sorts but it doesn't come without side effects. A few months ago a friend ask if I tried CBD. I Never heard of it. After research and positive feed back, I gave it a try. Capsules were the method. I have been using CBD for two weeks now with very surprising and pleasant results.I had several situations that put my trial to test. So far I feel calmer, with a clearer mind,and therefor more focused. Those of us who suffer from anxiety will agree when we can eliminate the situations that trigger anxiety its a good day. It maybe early to rule CBD as the miracle supplement but I am presently adding CBD along with 20 year habbit of fish oil and hole food vitamins to my daily intake and weaning myself from the Lexapro. I see CBD taking the place of some prescription drugs in the future. The only side affect I have noticed is a slight dry mouth at times, but the benefits are far greater. I would urge anyone who can relate when the word anxiety is brought up to do yourself a favor and at least see if you may also benefit. I was not put up to this review, just happy to pass something positive along . Ask yourself why not?
