Will CBD Help Me?

We are often asked the question. Can CBD help me with......?

And the answer to that question is simple -Yes, nature always has the means to help you.

We cannot claim it to be a cure for anything, but it has helped people for centuries, simply put...

CBD is a nutritional substance that gives our endocannabinoid system (a regulatory system in the body) the tools it needs to achieve balance and heal itself.

That being said...

To really benefit from CBD you need to take responsibility for understanding what has created an imbalance in your biology.

True wellness requires a balance between our mind, body, and spirit. You need to take a close look at possible reasons/agitators that could be hindering your path to healing.

These could come in the form of:

  • Emotional trauma and its impact on your state of mind

  • Dangerous learned habits that counteract any healing you may be doing

  • Genetic predispositions (Tip: Read up on epigenetics and their power over gene expression)

  • Injury and how you look at rehabilitation

  • Poor nutrition - how we feed our bodies plays a crucial part in how we heal

  • Lack of exercise and movement

  • Poor quality of sleep - if you don't give your body the time to heal, simply put - it won't.

Now, if you look at all the "healing agitators above" the answer to your question - Will CBD help me? - should become clear.

No single element can fully heal on its own, you need to look at what is ailing you holistically and understand that CBD is a tool in your arsenal to overcome what you are dealing with.

Now, don't get me wrong. I will never downplay the power of CBD...

However, our aim with information is to give you ALL the tools you need to find the solution you are seeking, and truth be told, while many find CBD helps them with an array of conditions.

Our #1 goal is to achieve optimal health ( mind, body & spirit) and that is achieved though...

You will be surprised at how efficiently your body can heal itself once you take the time and do the work needed to find balance.

In over 10 years of exploring health and wellness, myself Larry, and my wife Oksana have nailed down some crucial elements to help assist you in your healing journey.

Here are some powerful tools you could use along with CBD to maximize your body's power to heal itself:

  • Ayurveda - is an ancient Indian practice that is more than 5,000 years old. It is a sister science to yoga and is focused on bringing the mind, body, and spirit into balance. Ayurveda looks at each person as unique and believes that all disease begins with an imbalance in the body. Treatment focuses on restoring balance through a combination of dietary changes, herbs, aromatherapy, and massage. we're huge proponents of this ancient form of healing. Tip - A 21-day Panchakarma can do wonders for you.

  • Functional Medicine - A good functional medicine doctor will gain significant insight into your biology through a variety of techniques to assess and address your issues, including laboratory tests, imaging, and patient history.

  • Meditation - Meditation helps to focus and quiet the mind, which can be very helpful in managing stress. Regular meditation practice will help you become more aware of your thoughts and reactions to stressors in your life.

  • Floatation - Floatation therapy is a sensory deprivation practice that has many benefits, including stress relief, improved sleep, and reduced anxiety.

  • Exercise - Exercise is crucial for overall health and well-being. It helps to reduce stress, improve sleep, and increase endorphins (feel-good hormones).

  • Floatation therapy is a sensory deprivation practice that has many benefits, including stress relief, improved sleep, and reduced anxiety. We recommend 1.5 hours. The physical and emotional benefits are numerous.

  • Yoga - The advantages of Yoga are many and include stress relief, improved sleep, and increased energy. Yoga also helps to improve flexibility and posture. Moving your body on a daily basis is one of the most important things we can do!

  • Nutrition - Both Ayurveda and functional medicine can help you optimize your diet. However, if you don't want to go down these paths a very good first step would be to try removing processed sugar and processed foods from your diet. Add more organic green vegetables and look into intermittent fasting - always talk with your doctor to help you decide what is best for you.

  • Heal Trauma - Now this one is easier said than done, but removing this anchor from your life can significantly help your state of mind and in turn, help you heal. Many of the tools we have mentioned above should help you connect more with your spirit, but it is up to you to do whatever you can to identify and heal something that could be holding you back from achieving optimal health.

As you can see, the path to fully healing yourself does not come easy. It takes work and commitment. If I can give you one tip, it would be to take each day as it comes, but with the mindset that you will do your best to feel your best.

I can guarantee you that taking these steps will only help you feel better - no one has ever told me they feel worse after committing to improving their diet, moving their body, and making an effort to connect more with their emotions - You can only go up from here!

Making the decision to live a healthy life doesn't mean you can't enjoy it and live it to its fullest, you simply need to find your point of balance and avoid overindulging.

So to summarize.

You only need to look at our reviewsto see exactly how CBD has helped so many, they do mention conditions and ailments which I'm sure is the exact reason you started reading this page...

However, we believe in giving your more! So to simply say "sure, CBD has helped our clients with this" would be a disservice to you and would undermine what we are trying to achieve with our company.

We are advocates for the power of CBD, but we are realistic in understanding that in order to really achieve what you are after, you need all the information and tools to do so.

My hope is that we have helped guide you in the right direction today.
